About this policy
Frothy Games Studio operates this website and Step Warriors. This policy covers the studio website and email launch list. For game accounts, walking data and the Step Warriors website, read the Step Warriors privacy policy.
What we collect
When you join the launch list, we collect your email address and which signup form you used. If you email us, we use your address and message to respond. Please do not send passwords, sign-in codes or health records. Our host also processes connection details, such as IP addresses, browser types and request times, to run and protect the website.
How we use it
We use the launch list to send Step Warriors launch news. Signing in to the game does not subscribe you. We use connection details to keep the website working and investigate faults. We do not sell personal information.
Storage and hosting
Amazon Web Services hosts this website. Brevo stores launch-list emails and signup form locations and sends our launch emails. Both providers may process information outside your country.
Retention and your choices
We keep launch-list details while needed for your subscription and its administration. You can unsubscribe through our emails or contact us to request access, a copy, correction or removal of your information. We may ask for proof of ownership. We keep limited records to honour unsubscribes, and support messages as needed to handle requests. Hosting logs and backups follow provider retention schedules. Deleting your game account does not unsubscribe you from the list.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for any consent needed.
Contact
For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email stepwarriorgame@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, or contact your privacy regulator. We will explain any limits on a request. We update the date above when this policy changes and notify you of material changes, asking for consent where needed.
